Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, if there is room. With a WhatsApp appointment your time is held; without one, we tell you the wait. The line closes 30 minutes before closing.
How do I book?
Write to us on WhatsApp, call, or choose a time on the booking page. Tell us the service you want and, if you have a design in mind, send a photo.
How long does a new set take?
A new set takes about 90 minutes and a fill about 60. Art adds time; we tell you how much before we start.
What is the difference between gel, dip, acrylic and soft-gel?
Gel polish is a thin colored layer cured under a lamp. Dip is colored powder over your own nail. Acrylic and soft-gel build length and shape. Ask at the table and we will show you each.
Do I need to book removal?
If your nails were done somewhere else, yes: book removal first so we have time to do it gently. Please do not pull off gel or acrylic yourself.
Can I send a photo of a design?
Of course. Send it on WhatsApp or show it at the salon, and we will tell you the time and what it takes.
How do you clean your tools?
We clean and disinfect metal tools between clients. Each client gets a new file and buffer.
Can I bring my children or a friend?
Yes. Children need an adult beside them, and the kids' manicure is for ages 6 to 12.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Brianda and Mayeli speak Spanish and English, and Avelina speaks some English.
How do pricing and tipping work?
We give you prices when you book and before we start; they depend on length, shape, product, art and removal. Tips are welcome and never expected.
