How we charge
You know the time and the price of your service before we start. This is what sets them.
The price depends on the length and shape of the nail, the product you choose (polish, gel, dip or acrylic), how much art you want and whether we are taking off someone else's work first. We tell you when you book and again at the table, before we start.

What the consultation covers
For a design of your own, send us a photo of what you like on WhatsApp. We tell you the length, the shape and the time, and hold your place before the day.
Add-ons and changes on the day
If you want to add French tips, a design or a hand massage at the table, we tell you the time and the price before we start. We add nothing without your yes.
Deposits
We take no deposit for the everyday menu. For a group, a quinceañera or a wedding we may ask for one to hold the time, and it goes toward your service.
Canceling or running late
Tell us two hours before your time if you cannot make it; a WhatsApp message is enough. Up to ten minutes late is fine; after that we may shorten the service or move you to the next opening.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. They go to the technician who did your nails, and you can leave one in cash, on the card machine or when you book.
Gift cards
A gift card is for any amount and works for any service on the menu. Ask at the salon or write to us on WhatsApp.
